Snuff - 5-4-3-2-1-Perhaps? LP - Green Vinyl (/100) & Purple w/ GreenHaze Vinyl (/407) & Black Vinyl

Fat Wreck (2012)

While I wrote a good amount about the new Snuff record when I posted a picture of the Japanese CD version, I want to state for the record once again how completely amazing 5-4-3-2-1-Perhaps? is. If you've ever liked Snuff, I just can't fathom you not loving this record. The guitars, keyboards, trombone, vocals...they're all just perfect. It's unbelievable that a band that has been one of my absolute favorites for nearly 20 years (and they had been kicking around for a while when I first heard of them) can still pull off such a great, great record. Couldn't be happier.

Now, on to the nerdy vinyl specs. There are 3 versions of this record on vinyl. There's the standard black vinyl. There's the mailorder only, limited to 407 copies Purple with Green Haze vinyl (which just looks so cool!). Lastly there is a solid Green vinyl version.

This one on Green vinyl is especially tricky as it was only sold to people at the Fat Wreck "store" in San Francisco. From what I gather, they open up a part of their warehouse to the public and let them shop direct. Also, they upset record nerds everywhere by offering exclusive store versions. Well, the Snuff Store version was limited to 100 copies and it would not be in my collection if not for the kindness of @andrewrhickey. A great man who really helped save me a ton of money by not having to resort to eBay to get this variant. Thank you kindly sir.

Basically, it's silly for you to be sitting around reading my website when you could be using this time to run out and buy the new Snuff album. It's great, the variants are cool and you would be hard pressed to find a better band out there.
